AHA Courses: Blended Learning
The American Heart Association also offers online learning at http://www.elearning.heart.org
In this manner a student will learn the theory online. After receiving the certificate of completion, you then need to do the practical part at an official AHA Training Center.
WIEMS also offers the practical component of Heart Saver and BLS e-learning courses. Prices will be dependent on the number of students per session, and are available upon request. Please email us at: info@wiems.sx

AHA certified course valid for 2 years. This course is for RNs, LPNs, EMTs etc.

This course is a great option to combine with your social event. Whether an office or birthday party, your guests will receive a participation card and leave having learned how to save a life!

This course is available to persons 18 years and older, and runs from the first Tuesday in September until mid-December every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm - 9pm. Entry requirement is a GED or equivalent; good command of the English language is a must.
For the EMR course you need to be proficient in English (reading and writing).
New EMR: $1025.00 ($900 + CPR/AED $125)
EMR re-certification: $925 ($800 + CPR/AED $125)
A 50% deposit is required.

This course is available to persons with an EMR certification and CPR/AED for Health Care Providers certification, and runs from January to mid-June, every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm - 9pm. EMT Certification is done the first 2 weeks of June, from 9am to 5pm. Good command of the English language is a must.
New EMT: $1225.00 ($1050 + BLS $175)
EMT re-certification: $1125.00 ($950 + BLS $175)
A 50% deposit is required.
For the EMT course you have to be minimum 18 years of age, have an EMR certification (or equivalent). You also need be proficient in English, and have a high school diploma (GED or equivalent).
